Count the number of HVAC grills for quantity of the
ACP 2424 needed and follow the directions below.

| 1) The HVAC grill before installation | 2) Lift up grill 2" to 3" above grid |

| 3) Insert ACP2424 in ceiling at 45 degree angle. |
4) Drop ACP2424 into ceiling grid by rotating to square position and snap into place one corner at a time |

| 5) Lower grill into ACP2424 | 6) The HVAC grill installed in ACP2424 |
